Residential leasing in Australia is a straight forward process. Please note the following general points:-

• 6 months is a common length of lease. (This term can be altered).
• 4 weeks bond is required when signing a lease.
• Most premises are unfurnished - We can usually provide full funiture for a two bedroom unit for approximately $ 100.00 pw
• Inspections are carried out prior to your moving in, when you vacate and possibly during the term of your lease.
• The tenant is responsible for payment of gas, electrcity and in some cases water usage.
